MEET THE RONDEAU TEAM

Ashley and Paul both grew up in Southern Maine. Paul brings a lot of experience with him. He was raised in Saco and graduated from Thornton Academy. Right after graduating, he joined the US Navy on a submarine where he learned to be an electrician, transitioning him right into his next career (back in Maine) as a commercial electrician. After that, he owned his own business (Paul's Variety Inc.) for nearly 20 years and then spent 11 years as a Biddeford police officer before getting his license in real estate.

Ashley was raised in Limerick and graduated from Massabesic High School. Afterwards, she attended Wentworth in Boston and studied architecture before transferring to University of Southern Maine (she couldn't stay away from Maine either!). She received her Bachelors in both Business and Marketing with a minor in Small Business & Entrepreneurship. Eager to put her education to use, she followed her fathers footsteps and got her real estate license.
